This month, in our final meeting of 2009, our traditional Christmas Quiz led by George Fawkes (ably assisted by Steve Welch) will be held on Thursday 3 December.
As many of you will know, George's quizzes are sometime irreverent, sometimes bordering on the bizarre - in terms of general knowledge required - but always, always entertaining in the extreme.
As is also traditional, members are invited to bring along some festive fayre for all to enjoy - just make sure you don't all bring mince pies or we might have some members struggling to get round the pitch at the weekend!
The evening starts at 8pm as always.
